Alaina Stedillie joined the firm in September 2009 as an associate and will specialize in civil litigation, as well as practice in all other areas of law in which the firm specializes. She grew up in Casper and is a proud graduate of Natrona County High School.

Alaina graduated summa cum laude from Creighton University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science and minors in Irish Literature, Communications, and History. At Creighton, she was the Editor of the Missouri Valley Journal of Social and Political Science, a co-captain of its nationally recognized debate team and a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the International Jesuit Honor Society. She was also Wyoming’s finalist for the Rhodes Fellowship for the 2003-2004 selection year.

In 2007, Alaina graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law. While in law school, she served as the Development Editor for the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy, interned for State District Court Judge Stephen M. Munsinger and United States District Court Judge Wiley Y. Daniel, and was a research assistant for three professors. Following graduation, Alaina served as a judicial law clerk and staff attorney to the Honorable W. Thomas Sullins, Senior Judge for the Seventh Judicial District Court in Casper, from 2007 through 2009. Alaina is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Wyoming.

When not working, Alaina is heavily involved in Rotaract/Casper Young Professionals Network and currently serves as its Foundations Board Member as a liaison to the Casper Rotary Foundation. Alaina also enjoys travel, hiking, fishing, reading, baking, spending time with her family, and learning as much as she can about Ireland.
